The DF54 is a compact single-dose coffee grinder built around 54mm flat burrs, designed for home baristas looking for consistency in a smaller footprint. Like the larger DF models, it’s made for single dosing — grinding one portion at a time with very low retention, so each cup is fresh and consistent.
Design & Workflow
Despite its smaller size, the DF54 V2 brings many of the features that have made the DF line popular, a stepless micrometric adjustment for precise grind control, an integrated plasma ionizer that reduces static and mess, and a sturdy compact design.
Burrs & Performance
The DF54 uses 54mm flat burrs, offering a balance between clarity and body in the cup. Whether you're brewing espresso, V60, Aeropress, or batch brew, this grinder offers versatility and precision.

The DF54 is ideal for home brewers looking for a high-quality flat burr grinder in a more compact, accessible format. OUR DELIVERY POLICY (Last updated 19/08/2025)
Thanks for shopping with us! We’ll aim to process and dispatch your items to you as quickly as possible. You’ll find details below about our shipping and delivery policy, expected wait times, international shipments and more.
Processing times
All orders will typically be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
All our shipments are dispatched with Australia Post and are subject to their shipping times. We offer:
Standard Shipping (3 - 6 business days after dispatch)
- Free on all coffee grinders, and orders over $100 AUD.
- Flat rate of $15 for all other orders under $100.
Express Shipping (2 - 4 business days after dispatch)
- A flat rate of $30 for all coffee grinders, and $20 for all burrs and/or accessories.
Tracking and Updates
You’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number via email once we’ve prepared your order for dispatch. You’ll be able to track your order on Australia Post’s website for status updates and expected delivery times.

Arrival Times: Our website's estimated arrival times are based on information we’re provided on our shipments. As these are often international shipments they may at times be delayed due to factors beyond our control. As such we will often include buffers in our estimates to account for this, and we keep our customers and website updated on any status changes. Shipping Pre-Orders: Once received, we’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of its arrival at our warehouse. You’ll will received email confirmation with tracking details as soon as it ships.
Warehouse Location
Our products ship directly from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia. This central location allows us to efficiently deliver to our customers across Australia ensuring prompt service and quick delivery times.
International Shipping: Deliveries to New Zealand
Standard Shipping (4 - 7 business days after dispatch) *Note additional time may be required for customs clearances.

- Flat rate of $20 NZD for all orders under $100.
Express Shipping (3 - 4 business days after dispatch) *Note additional time may be required for customs clearances.

Customs & Duties: Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Delays
We’ll do our best to ensure timely delivery. Unexpected delays may occur occasional due to whether or other postal service disruptions. If you’re orders significantly delayed:
- Check your tracking information on Australia Posts website for any updates on location or delivery disruptions.
- Lodge an inquiry with Australia post if there are issues with tracking.

Damaged or lost packages
For damaged or lost parcels, please contact us at info@grindlogic.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. To resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of both the damaged product and outside packaging.
